Put on your specs to see your poor customer service

Never in my life have I experienced such poor customer service, even Home Affairs is better than Sunglass Hut. I have emailed the warranty and repair email address as instructed by staff in store, its been almost 4 weeks and still no reply to my email requesting a quote.
