Problems with a refund - AGAIN!

This is only the second time I've made a complaint on Hellopeter and now both my complaints on here are both about Sunglass Hut, regarding the exact same problem, not receiving my refund after more than 3 weeks having passed. I returned a pair of Sunglasses to the store in Fourways mall on the 26th of October. I was once again told that they could not refund me in store and that the refund would be paid directly into my account within a few working days, even though the money had already been deducted from my account. We are now at almost 3 and a half weeks since I returned the sunglasses and I have still not received my refund!! I have submitted 2 queries through your website, one last week and one this week and to date I have received no response! With any other company, if you return a product they swipe your card and the money is returned straight back to your card, how can a company the size of Sunglass Hut think that it is acceptable to let almost a month pass and still not return MY money to me! I demand to know when I will receive my refund!!
