Problems with a refund !

<p>I have been having a lot of trouble trying to track down the refund status with Sunglass hut.</p> <p>This was an in-store "online" purchase (store didn't have one in stock, so the sales rep ordered one to ship to me).</p> <p> </p> <p>The item was retruned and received by Sunglass hut on 6/21. 3 weeks have past, and there's no refund issued back to my credit card. I have been contacting the customer service department every other day trying to get an update. Unfortunately, most of the customer service reps are either don't care, or they're ***********. They promised to call within the next 24 hours with an update, but NO ONE has contacted me!</p> <p> </p> <p>It's getting ridicious how much hassle it's become and i still don't have my money back from Sunglass hut.</p> <p>I trusted the brand, so I purchased from them because i thought the return / refund process would be seamless. Well, I am dead wrong, and I am still fighting to get my hard-earned $264.59 back from them.</p> <p> </p> <p>What is going on? Can someone help??? I need my money back!</p> <p> </p>
