Poor service: Sunglasses Hut

I bought a pair of Sunglasses from the Sunglasses Hut in Edgar's at the pavilion, in February 2022. A month ago the arm broke of from the lenses itself. I went to my nearest sunglasses hut. I was told that I should contact warranty and send in pictures. I did exactly that. A week had gone by and I received not even an acknowledgement receipt from them. I then called in. I was told that they had not received my email and to resend it which I did. I still received no acknowledgement, not even the computer generated one. It appears that they are waiting for the warranty to expire so that they will not have to be accountable for the breakage. In future please be weary of this. Check the quality of the glasses properly especially those that have been marked down. This is really unacceptable!
