Poor service from Sunglass hut Melrose Arch and repair centre

I left my sunglasses at sunglass hut in Melrose arch for repairs on the 18/02/2021. on 06/04/2021, i received an email indicating that my sunglasses had only been collected which 7 weeks after i dropped it off. i went to the store and i was told that the repair center courier refused to collect this for some ridiculous reason. unfortunately a simple sorry is not good enough. there shouldve been some communication notifying me as the client that there is a delay of 7 WEEKS!!!
