Poor service

<p>I phoned in to hear what the situation is regarding my sunglasses that was sent in on frinday the 4th of november as the lenses on my raybans cracked just to be told by the service agent (Shuab) that he cannot assist me as this incident was not assigned to him , its one company how can you not assist a query this is absolutely poor service and unacceptable if you ever seen sunglass hut's prices you will understand that its not cheap if i THE CUSTOMER spend my hard earned money on your products i expect better service i will not be a recurring customer to this establishment very disappointed. </p>
