Poor service

I am very disappointed about the service I'm getting from this shop. End of June i went to Gateway to purchase a pair of channel shades unfortunately they didnt have the colour that i wanted and the shop assistant promise to get the right colour then few weeks later I was told only Capetown and Johannesburg has the glasses but they cant transfer it to Durban. On saturday 04/08/2018 i went to sandton still no luck and i asked the lady to try n locate the branch that might have and i was told Bedfordview and Rooderpoort then i ask the lady if they can please contact them n tell them to keep it aside n phone me so that i can collect them, never happen again on Sunday i tried my luck at Nelson Mandela branch left my details no contact whatsover then i left to jhb to durban without being help. descripton is - CH4221 63,Gid Lit. for last time can i please have someone assist me in getting this glasses. contact number - ********** 742 (Ms Langa)
