Poor product and service
<p>I perchased carbon fiber Ray-Bans 3 years ago through Sunglass Hut and almost never worn them.( as I worked abroad) The "film" on the 1 lens crumbled and is clearly a manufacturing problem. Ray-ban refuse to fix the error as the warrenty has expired, but it was told that they can see it is a manufacturing defect!!!</p> <p>I am so done with any Ray-Ban product and will never premote there product...... </p>

We can confirm that there is a 2 year manufacturing warranty on all Ray Ban products with a proof of purchase, this is stated at the reverse side of all our till receipt's, as well has been communicated on all our correspondence to you via email. As advised to you via email, we are able to assist you with a repair, this will however be at a cost to you.
Kindly advise whether we should forward you a quote for repair.
