Pleading for staff and clients.

This is a complaint against the shop not the staff that works there.

We went to your shop on Saturday at East rand mall..to look for sunglasses for my hubby not myself,..surching for glasses takes time, as I have a sugar problem I connot stand for long time and need to sit.

There was no chairs to sit and relax so my hubby can take his time to look for something he likes. I was getting agitated as I needed to sit..and started to feel my sugar levels drop. Your staff were wonderfull but they could not assist me with a chair. So we left.

Sunday we went to Greenstone same thing, no chairs. I even notices a man entering the shop and his pregnand wife had no where to sit so they left.

How do you expect your staff to work at thei full purformance if they are not even allowed to sit the whole day and are expected to stand the whole day. Even if you just give them a chair, those tall ones to put behind the desk and give your client a chair to relax and pick out something they like.

We ended up buying the exact same glasses at the shop below because my hubby could take his time while i waited in comfort.

Please think to yourself, how would you feel being on your feet for 8 hours and not even relaxing your feet for 5 min.

Your staff are great...but this was wrong.
