Pathetic refunds procedure

I purchased a sunglasses and returned it on the 17 Jan and to date I am still waiting for the refund. I have followed up after a week a was told it was still early for it to reflect and then followed up after two weeks just to be told there was an error with the system and it was not processed. I was told it will reflect after three days in my account and up until now it is still not refunded. When we make the purchase we agree debited immediately but for a refund we have to wait three weeks. If I did not follow up and check then the refund would have never been reprocessed. Terrible service.
