Definitions In this Agreement1.    ‘Participant or you’ refers to the person who has signed up for the program.2.    promoter means Sunglass Hut Retail South Africa & Namibia or its agencies used to promote this discount offer.3. Duration1.    The R400 discount offer is valid from 4 December 2019 - 31 January 2020 at Sunglass Hut South Africa.4. Participation1.    The discount offer is conducted by the promoter and its third-party contractors.5. Specifics1.    The R400 off discount is for customers who have purchased at Sunglass Hut during Black Friday (22 November – 2 December) and received a SMS as proof.2.    You will receive one R400 SMS voucher per transaction.3.    The discount offer is valid on FULL PRICED sunglass ranges only.6. Dispute resolution1.    Arbitration. If there is any dispute, the parties must refer the dispute within 15 business days to arbitration (including any appeal against the arbitrator’s decision) under AFSA’s latest rules for expedited arbitrations.2.    CPA dispute resolution. Despite 10.1, any party may use other dispute resolution channels provided for by the CPA or other law.3.    Severability. This clause is separate and divisible from the rest of this agreement and stays effective even if this agreement ends or is invalid.4.    Other offers: The R400 discount cannot be used in conjunction with another promotional offer. The offer is not valid on already discounted items.5.    Offer excludes: Tiffany & Co, Bulgari, Chanel, Maui Jim, Ray-Ban Jnr, The Sunglass Hut Collection and Accessories at Sunglass Hut.7.
