Oooops I broke it!

Terrible service, "Ooops I broke it" is an absolute waste of time and they are proud to offer this service that doesn't exist. Been querying a repair since the 1st February and sent loads of mails, with the filled in forms and photos etc and they just don't reply. Also sent to their Sunglass Hut email for assistance and walla, no reply. Why offer the service! Useless bunch, rather shop elsewhere!
