None Responsive

I purchased a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses from Sunglass Hut in Woodlands Boulevard, Pretoria in January 2015. Within a few months the plastic on the temple arms started cracking and falling off. I went back to the store and they advised that I deal directly with the warranty department of Sunglass Hut as the shop would take 6-8 weeks to sort out.<br> <br> I sent an email to their warranty department and received a ref no. the next day by return email. No one bothered to call or email me for days after so I called them a week later and spoke with Sisa. He sent me the warranty forms which I completed the same day and returned to him. I have, over a period of three weeks, sent no less than 5 emails with absolutely no response.<br> <br> I called them again today, 16.03.2016, and a lady told me they will collect my glassed tomorrow for evaluation and this will take a further 5 days after receipt for them to determine how they proceed.<br> <br> This is completely unacceptable and I will not purchase anything from Sunglass Hut again. I will also be sending an email to their holding company, Luxottica, in Italy.
