No refund on Christmas gift

I received a pair of Ray Bans for Christmas that are too large for my face shape. Upon returning them to sunglass hut within 10 days, they refused to give me a refund and stated only exchange may be made. And Within that store only.There are no smaller glasses that I can even exchange them for. I am now stuck with a pair of sunglasses that I cannot use and an exchange option that is not feasible. Customer Service is very poor and bad attitude in terms of client satisfaction.
