No Refund for 4 months!

I have been waiting for a refund of R3100 - that is NOT a small amount of money - since 6 August 2022. We are nearly 5 months later. Apart from one mail from Mishqah at Sunglass Hut Cavendish asking for my bank details, I have had zero communication from this company. Yesterday, I tried to call Mishqah and was told they were not at work. I believe the gentleman said his name was "Mohamed"? told me he would contact the refunds department and phone me back. Needless to say, I have not had any phone back and when I try and call the shop now - it rings until an automated message comes on. They received their glasses back on the 6th of August - why must I wait and waste my time struggling to get my money back???
