NEVER BUY SUNGLASSES FROM SUNGLASS HUT

My wife spent over R2 000 on a brand new pair of sunglasses at Sunglass Hut at Somerset West Mall, Western Cape. A very cheeky and arrogant sales person by the name of Warren assisted us in the store. He kept forcing us to try sunglasses we did not like, he made vulgar comments to my wife in front of me and he was just all round very unprofessional. However my wife decided to purchase a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses and it was not even three weeks she noticed the hinge of the sunglasses was coming loose. She then took it in to the store and complained that something was wrong. Warren again tried to tell her it is just dust in the hinge and while trying to fix it, it broke. Warren promised to refund the glasses with a new pair of the same sunglasses. After two weeks Warren told my wife to come and collect her \new"sunglasses. My wife looked at them and immediately noted they were scratched. She refused to take them and Warren then admitted they were from the stores stock and not brand new. I then phoned after two months of Warren promising the sunglasses and was told the Store manager was in Woolworths doing shopping and she will return my call.I am still waiting for the sunglasses """
