MAJOR LET DOWN - DO NOT TRUST Sunglass Hut!!!

Sunglass Hut V&A systems were down during our purchase. It was done on paper and we were reassured it will be copied across onto their system and as per usual a record of the sale would be kept. They now have no record of the sale and will not honour the exchange promotion. Every year my family and friends replace their sunglasses at Sunglass Hut. We will no longer be using them. And they have promised twice to get back to us to no avail.
