<p>I went to return Sunglasses within the 30 day return time frame (their policy) and was told that I cannot get a refund. I am only allowed to get a store voucher.</p> <p> </p> <p>But this is a lie - as per THEIR POLICY I am entitled to a full refund to my card. </p> <p>I have contacted their 'customer service department' via their website - only to be ignored. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
