HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
Bought my second pair of Ray Bans this year from them, first pair broke when taking it off my head, went back bought second same pair. Two months later i take it off and ear piece falls off. take them back to Mimosa mall Sunglass hut, people there tell me i please have to go to another store they cant help me, Call Sunglass hut Loch Logan, they tell me i can book them and wait 7 weeks to get my Sunglass back which i drive with., Now angry I go to Mellins, they help met within 5 min, and I did not even buy the glasses from them.

This is terrible and I will be touching base with these store as this is not the experience we want our customers to have.
I would like to get your sunglasses in for assessment to understand why they have broke and the ear piece has come off. Sometimes we do have to get parts from Italy where our manufactured (Versace, Oakely, Burberry etc) are based which can take up to 8 weeks depending on availability of parts. Ear pieces we most commonly have stock of and would be able to assist almost immediately but I would need to know which product before making this claim.
I will have a team member reach out on the email address provided to arrange collection of your products to assess if you ok with it.
