Has the repair section of Sunglasses hut closed

I sent my glasses for repair in November, I paid up front - it is now February - I have tried to contact repairs by email - no reply and by phone - I can't get through and although the voice offers to phone me back no-one does. Has the repairs section closed down or what has happened - I am beyond angy with this poor service and have not had my sunglasses for four months
