I had a pair of sunglasses where the arm fell off, I contacted Sunglass Hut via their online customer care and was helped immediately. They arranged pick up of the glasses to do an assessment, notified me along the way of the progress and replaced the pair which was about 1 year 8 months old at the time.

I was in contact with a person by the name of Jade Cogill who was amazing.
