In December 2014 I opened an account at RCS Sunglass hut. Yesterday 28/09/2015 I went to Sunglass hut in Clearwater Mall to settle the account. Then they told me the settlement is R2000 and something. I said it is impossible because according to me it must be almost paid off. They said I am on a revolving plan that does not show the amount due or the final payment date. When I asked for a copy of the original application they told me they not allowed giving it to me. When I requested to change the plan they told me it is not allowed. Today 29/09/2015 after I almost turned my house upside-down I found the papers send to me from Sunglass Hut on the 07 January 2015 where it clearly states that my instalment payable is R347.72. Number of instalments: 12. First instalment: 01 February 2015. I need answers NOW! I will not pay more interest on something I did not signed for. I have the proof and according to me this is breach of contract!!!
