I’m appalled by their service.

I placed an order for a standard Ray ban club-master sunglasses. Within a minute of paying I realised that I had not chosen the polarised pair and asked for my order to be changed to the polarised version.

They were not able to cancel, change or refund my order. I have to wait a week or two to take delivery of the incorrect sunglasses, then exchange it, further wait for my refund and then order the correct specs and wait a week or two again for delivery again!

Absolute madness!
