Extremely poor service from Canal walk sunglass hut

<p>I bought 5 pairs of glasses from you guys in the recent months </p> <p>I just bought another pair last </p> <p>You have a 30 day policy Regards returns . I bought a pair from your bayside branch on display and I decided to swop it out for different colour 5 days later . The manger at Canal walk branch insisting he cannot do the return as it's needs to be in original condition bought , the glasses was not even used had absolutely no defects on them and said he cannot take it back , so is this is a marketing ploy on and -are misleading clients on the 30 day warranty ..</p> <p> </p>
