Extremely Disappointed with Service at Woolworths East Rand Mall

I’ve had the worst experience with Woolworths East Rand Mall. My partner purchased a pair of Ray-Ban display glasses that were already scratched, under the agreement that new ones would be ordered. Now that it’s time to collect the replacement pair, we’re being given excuses and saying there’s another scratch that wasn’t caused by us.

This is unacceptable service for a premium product. We expect better accountability and a resolution urgently.
