Execuspec 1 - Sunglass Hut 0

We bought a pair of Rayban sunglasses from Sunglass Hut at Watercrest Mall in late 2022. The other day my wife discovered that one of the arms had come off and the ***** and nut had gone missing. We took the glasses back to the vendor for a simple repair. To our amazement the shop assistant told us that they don't carry spares. He told us that we would need to contact their Cape Town office who would arrange to collect the damages glasses, take them to Cape Town then return them once the repair had been effected. He suggested as an alternative, that we take it to one of the opticians in the centre who may be able to help. we did this as the alternative sounded like a very cumbersome and lengthy process. Fortunately Execuspecs came to our rescue and effected the repair. Two very pleasant and helpful employees. The exact opposite to the "don't care" attitude of Sunglass Hut. While we were there we saw that they also stock Rayban sunglasses.... Guess where where will be going for our next pair of sunglasses.
