Emails to a wall

Pathetic service received from the repairs department! Does not even deserve a 1 star. Do yourself a favor and not purchase anything from this store as, as you will regret it! We spend a fortune on these sunglasses and when it comes to receiving good customer service for repairs, they're just horrible. Sending numerous emails with no response. A maximum time frame given for the repairs is a week, then you find yourself emailing the wall a month later trying to find out where exactly is your order. Now it seems like this store just takes in sunglasses to have them 'repaired' but never returned.
