Don’t keep to guarantee

I bought a pair of Armani sunglasses at Sunglass Hut Greenstone on the 3th of July 2022 and within the first week the one lense fell out, that pair was exchange for a new pair due to a defect. Today (26th of February) 9 months later, the same thing happened. I went back to the store and it clearly states that there is a guarantee of 2 years on defects and will be replaced however the store manager (Mapula) said that the glasses would have to be sent a way and repaired and would take 6 weeks. In 6 weeks time I will be away on holiday and need my sunglasses for that holiday! I find that this is extremely bad service as this is the 2nd pair same problem and a solution needs to be reached asap. Clearly there is a default with this make and model of sunglasses.
