Disgusting service

Abosultely shocking service, as told 7 Working days for delivery, went in store on Day 9 and the manager couold not be bothered to do their job she reluctantlyt took out her notebook whilst rolling her eyes and huffing, the manager could not provide me an answer straight away and then contacted me an hour later and commited to delivery on the Friday/Saturday went in on Sunday to be told that the order had not been delivered to local Head Office as was stated by the manager but in fact had only cleared customs on Saturday. Store clerk took 5 minytes to show me the update that took the manager over 1 hour to tell me.
