Did not receive Gift Voucher as advertised

I purchased a pair of sunglasses last year on Black Friday. As part of the promotion I was supposed to receive a voucher to use at the store. I gave all my details however I did not receive anything. I went back to the store in Sandton and they told me to wait a week. I did, but still did not receive anything. I have gone back to the store numerous times, they take my details again and I never receive anything. I have even emailed but I received no response.

Really poor customer service and you do not deliver on your promises.
