Demo / Display stock sold as new?

Bought a pair of Oakley sunglasses as Sunglass hut for R2150 but the display glasses was given to me. I was not happy as then it is second hand so they fetched another pair at one of their stores in the same mall. When we got the other pair it also looked used. So I took the pair and told them to get me another pair thats new and let me know when it arrives. The one that was ordered arrived and to me also looks old. I took it but after a week or two I am not happy as I am thinking i am paying alot of money for something that should be new and have no matks or scratches. It has polarized lenses which are expensive to replace and can see on the inside it has a long scratch on it. The frame is a glossy frame that will scratch easily but i have not worn it so strange that it already has scratches on it? When i bought my previous pair of Oakleys it was also from the display ones. I don't want to drive up and down for a pair of sunglasses. Anything you guys can do about this?
