Con-artists

My wife booked in my Ray-Bans with Sunglass Hut as a surprise to get my lenses repaired, after she paid a whole lot of money and waited 2 months to get the Ray-Bans back I found that there is a hairline crack in the new lenses and the ***** holding everything together is stripped and so sharp that it will cut my nose if I wear it. What kind of company is this that cant even loosen a ***** and replace is it with a new one. I didn't even bother to complain with them because I will wait 2 months again for my glasses. These people are so clever to make money out of second hand part and let me say again THEY ARE CON-ARTISTS!!!
