Complaint taken seriously, turned into a great experience

This is my second review of Sunglass Hut. The first one was a complaint. I am not sure how to convert my first review. After complaining about the service initially, Shelley-Ann took over my case and dealing with her was only a pleasure. One of the pairs of sunglasses could not be repaired and I was given a very generous gift voucher. Thank you so much for turning my experience around, Shelley-Ann. I am now a customer for life.
