Certainly not a sunny experience.

Pathetic customer service. I have emailed and tried to call regarding the return of glasses - merely met with silence. I have been into the local shop and they say call Head Office. Will never buy sunglasses from this establishment again.

Thank you , I never received a ticket number to my email. Please send me your email address and I will send the number on. I also didn't call from my cellphone but work phone, when I email I shall include the number too.
