Broken sunglasses with lifetime guarantee

I've been sending Sunglass Hut emails regarding my sunglass tab that broke, they gave me a reference number that I should use for the replacement and I never got any feed back since beginning January. I've been sending emails with the reference number and still no respond!! I'm not even disappointed I'm furious! Will never buy any sunglasses from them again!!!
