Birthday voucher is a sc
Sunglass hut has a rewards program where if you are regular customer you receive a R600 off birthday voucher which u can use within the month of your birthday.
I signed up and have been making purchases since December 2017 and i have not received any birthday voucher in the last two years. When I enquired about this at the shops they sent me to Customer care. Customer care I liaised with a lady called Bianca, its been two weeks and she has not been pf help. Not responding to emails. My birthday month is almost over and I could not make the purchase I wanted to me.
