bad service

My wife ray band sunglass arm broke during December 2022.We went to sunglass hut in mall of the north Polokwane to have it fixed on January 6 2023 . They advised us to email ray band which we did and we got a mail back January 9 from ray band that Shelley-Ann Neethling will contact or mail us within 24hours! It is today the 20th January 2023 and still no reply! this is very disappointed!
