Bad service

I had a bad encounter with one of the consultant at Pavilion Mall Kimberley Sunglass hut.

The lady didn't asks us if we needed help,i came with my 2 sons to buy 3 pairs of sunnies,and fortunately when we got there the drawers were opened and managed to fit with my boys,she kept kept on groaning next to us but not offering any service. When we were about to leave she started swearing to us,and when i confronted her she pointed fingers,and screaming,and swearing at me.

Im a buyer of legit sunglasses,and only wanted to spoil myself and my boys due to the email i always receive for the sales.

Please do something about your consultant,its really dispicable,humiliating and embarrassment to have such people as a customer service.
