BAD SERVICE AT SUNGLASSHUT BROOKLYN.

Hy, I went to SUNGLASSHUT BROOKLYN with a friend yesterday and the lady by the name of TK (tokollo). Offered us a massive BAD SERVICE, her voice was over loud than ours and how she spoke to the person over the phone and said “ I want this to be done now the girlfriend is complaining”referring to me,Can we find a way to resolve this because we had to drive to sunglasshut at menlyn which is far for me for a better service. At first when I asked her name hence she had no name tag on she **** and only got her name when she put on the name tag, we were there for more than an hour only to be helped by a rude sarcastic person.
