Hi

Am from sunglasses in carnival mall I just left 45 min ago.

Unfortunately The gentleman that was on shift didn’t allowed to come through.

He told me the important question is “What do I want “

I found that really disrespectful to come all the way from Vosloorus to get shade and be asked such question.

Unless it’s a new policy you have that we need to say what do we want before we enter your stores.

That really spoil the mood and was not given a chance to shop
