Bad customer service Brooklyn Mall

I was in store in you stand alone shop in Brooklyn Mall. The gentleman there was not very helpful. Told him I want 50% sunglasses on the sale which is polarized. He did not bother to show me, just said red is 50% etc. Very unprofessional. There was a sun glasses I like which cost R2 100 I think. I went back, told him I am going to Edgars since it will be on my account. Arrived in Edgars. then the lady there did not understand. The phone ring, another person answered who was more helpful. Said they busy with stock take and the guy in the other store should have told me. They can't transfer the sunglasses. I left without the glasses I need.
