Bad Customer Service
I am a regular customer at Sunglasses Hut at the Rosebank and Sandton branches. On the 2 occasions I visited the Eastgate branch (near Wimpy) the lady there will never great me, when I do she will mumble a hello. When I ask her for assistance she will be chewing her gum, look me up and down and just point. The first time I thought she was having a bad day and left, today I felt disrespected. I always end driving to Rosebank to buy the pair I need!
