Bad attitude/non responsiveness from shopbassistant

I am completely unsatisfied with a service or lack of that I recieved from a shop assistant at Sunglass Hut at Carnival Mall. The lady was on her phone the whole time since I walked into the shop and I was in there for a good 20 minutes and the lady just continued on her call. I walked out of the shop and walked in again and she still continued. I only recieved assistance (when I asked) by another lady who eventully assisted me with a sale.
