Appalling Customer Service

I have tried two methods of trying to get my RayBan sunglasses repaired, but both without success. First time I went into a store, late last year upon which I was told that I could request a repair online. All I would have to do is complete a form with all the details, attach pictures of my glasses and Sunglass Hut would quote me, pick up my sunglasses and do the repairs. I did an online repair request on the 11th of November 2018. I received a reference number after submitting the request online, and then heard absolutely nothing after that. Upon phoning and quoting my reference number I was told that Sunglass Hut was still finding out from RayBan if they were able to get the relevant part for the repair. I was told that I would be updated the same day regarding the query, and then heard nothing again. I still wanted my sunglasses to be fixed, so I thought that it would be better to request the repair through a store. I went to The Glen Sunglass Hut on the 12th of May 2019. They took in my Rayban sunglasses, and sent them away for a repair quotation. I received a quotation on the 14th of May 2019 stating that the part will take a minimum of 15 weeks to ship, but may not ship at all. Should I want the repairs done, I must make payment to the specified account. The quotation was only valid for 5 days. The problem is that I was quoted for Oakley glasses, not Rayban. As I wanted my insurer to cover the cost of the repair, I requested Sunglass Hut via email to correct the description of the glasses on the quotation so that I could submit it to my insurance. Again, I got absolutely no response. I requested again for a response, but still nothing. Now I am not sure what to do, as Sunglass Hut is still sitting with my glasses, and doing what with them, I don't know. I am also thinking to myself, why would I want to pay over good money a company that does not bother to follow up with their customers, or even acknowledge them for that matter. I have a feeling, even if I pay for the repair, I might not see my money or my glasses again. We as the customer have to "try" and follow up all the time, most of the time without success. Sunglass Hut is one of the most appalling customer service experiences I have ever come across.
