Amazing service
In the last 2 days I have been into no less than 6 stores trying to find a new pair of POLARISED glasses that fit my face - having a small face and high cheek bones. I even frequented 2 of your other stores, particularly the one in Edgar's in Gateway where I tried on about 15 pairs and finally gave up. BUT finally I bought oakleys from your la Lucia branch from a great sales guy - ntobeko. In sales myself, I really like his informative, relaxed style of selling. Even taking me outside to try out the shades in the sun! Surprising to also note that on pricing them that the other sunglass hut store at gateway also had them. Shows the value of good sales staff who are genuine, love what they do and go the extra mile. It is after all a BIG purchase - hell<br> I spent more than I planned with all trimmings and extras. Well done! Give that man a bells!
