After sales service is appalling

After sales service leaves a lot to be desired. You pay these exorbitant prices for sunglasses, thinking you are buying quality and then when the lenses crack, on both sides, for no apparent reason, the store won't help, you have to log a claim through their website, send pictures and then get given a quote to repair at an 8 week time frame, with nobody even having seem the product to assess it properly. You must first and then they will collect. Well, i'll never be purchasing sunglasses or anything else for that matter from them again, and I will make sure I tell everybody I come into contact with.
