ACUSED OF THEFT WITHOUT SURVEILLANCE FOOTAGE

If I could give zero stars I totally would! CANAL WALK branch accused us of *****ing a pair of sunglasses without having any video footage!! They asked security to track us down in the mall and when we arrived back at the shop we were accused of *****ing. We demanded to see the video footage so that we can see where they get their information from and so that we can get a formal apology just for them to say that there are no cameras, only the ones in the mall’s walkways and then all of the sudden the missing pair of sunglasses appeared in the display case. Totally unprofessional and I will never place my foot in that business again. Never in my life have I felt so humiliated.
