Accrued charges

I paid my balance in may .get charged admin and interest in june .called the call centre and no one seems to know why .July again another charge if R120 ...call centre agents referred to manager ..no one can tell me why it was done ..they cannot reverse the charges until balance paid and email sent to close account ..thats most unfair
