5 months for repairs.

My Fianc? bought me Ray Ban sunglasses in December. When I got to Gauteng on the 27th of January I opened the gift bag and saw that the glasses were broken. We contacted sunglass hut and they said they would send someone to fetch the glasses to be repaired. After ONE month they fetched the glasses. After the glasses were with then for ANOTHER MONTH they sent the glasses back to our house and the glasses were still broken. We went to Sunglass hut in Centurion Mall and gave them the glasses. The lady who helped us said they would contact us in a few days. Since then (END OF MARCH) we haven't heard a word from them. I have been to the sunglass hut in centurion mall 4 times and every time they assure me they will contact us in a few days. Untill today I haven't heard anything from them. I think this kind of service is unacceptable!
