3 Months & no refund

Purchased a pair of sunglasses in December which were returned within a week from the Sunglass Hut in Edgars at the Bayside Mall. I was issued a credit note that is essentially worthless as no actual refund has been received to date. The person at Sunglass Hut Bayside who is assisting with the query advised she resubmitted the credit request in Feb and there was a 12 day waiting period. We're now March and there is still no refund. Called the store yesterday however no feedback has been received.Extremely disappointing that there doesn't seem to be an issue when it comes to debiting the account for the goods purchased but there is so much uphill to get the money refunded.
